I joined NT Advokater as an associate on 1 March 2019, and on 1 January 2022, I was accepted on a development programme to become an associate partner. Before this, I worked as an administrative officer at the Refugee Appeals Board for ten months and later with the Courts of Denmark for over eight years. Initially as an assistant judge at the Court of Glostrup and later as an assistant judge and a deputy judge at the City Court of Copenhagen.
During my time at the Courts of Denmark, I have heard almost all types of cases concerning civil, criminal, bankruptcy and in particular enforcement law as I was responsible for the daily operations of the Copenhagen Enforcement Court − Denmark’s largest enforcement court.
At NT Advokater I have advised landlords, associations (in particular housing cooperatives and houseowners’ associations) and businesses of all sizes on a wide variety of legal issues.
With a strong generalist background and a keen interest in the law relating to associations and tenant-landlord issues combined with extensive litigation experience, I can guide clients on many different areas of the law and provide a speedy, thorough and to-the-point assessment of the litigation risk of any given case.
