Knud-Erik Kofoed
I was born in 1971 and graduated in law from the University of Aarhus in 1997. After my graduation, I worked for nine years at Bech-Bruun Law Firm before joining NT Advokater in 2006, where I became a partner in 2008.
In 2001/2002 I studied at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, where I obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). These studies gave me an insight into and interest in management and finance. Today I use the skills I acquired at Cambridge in the management of NT Advokater.
Since 1999 I have primarily worked with real estate cases. Drawing on my broad expertise in commercial lease law, I advise on the drafting of commercial leases, market rent cases and other aspects of commercial lease law. I also teach real estate agents and other lawyers in market rent cases and other issues. Finally, I often deal with social housing organisations and their general legal rights.
