Laila Minchev-Champfleury

I graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2017 and have specialised in public procurement and construction law both during and after my studies.

I have gained insight into public procurement and construction law working for a contracting entity and an awarding authority in local government and as an adviser with SIRIUS advokater. I have experience of advising on and managing public procurement processes in construction projects in accordance with the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Danish Tender Act. I have, in particular, acted as an adviser to contracting entities, including nonprofit housing associations.

Before I joined NT Advokater, I worked with the Danish National Police from 2021 to 2023 where I developed my skills in administrative law.
