Martin Weber

I was born in 1973 and graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1998. I joined NT Advokater as an associate partner in January 2018 and was made a partner in January 2019. Before joining NT Advokater, I worked nine years at Accura and before that, ten years at Bang & Partners in Elsinore.

I have wide experience of dealing with a variety of commercial law issues. However, since 2009 I have primarily worked with real estate law. Focusing in particular on advising Danish property investors, including several pension funds, on the purchase, sale and development of real estate, I have been involved in many of the large property transactions in recent years. Moreover, I have assisted my clients in connection with their negotiation and conclusion of construction and commercial lease agreements, and I have also thorough knowledge of real estate law issues related to the hotel industry.

Moreover, I provide advisory services in mergers and acquisitions and matters relating to company law.

For several years, I have given lectures to other lawyers and trainees in legal due diligence related to real estate transactions and the conclusion of construction contracts.

I have had several directorships, primarily in property companies and funds.
